What are the skill divisions of Foundry?
Each rink’s league will vary based to meet the needs to the league and its players. However, Foundry’s national standard is:
- A LEAGUE: Former Professional, NCAA DI or DIII, Major Juniors, or other high level Junior and up playing experience.
- B LEAGUE: Players who played Tier II or Tier III junior, ACHA, AAA Midgets, and Prep School hockey
- C LEAGUE: Players who played high school hockey, Tier II A or AA hockey, or plenty of rec adult hockey experience
- D LEAGUE: Players who played lower Tier II, youth rec league, or beginner adult players
- 50+ LEAGUE: Older players looking for fun and less competitive hockey. Will probably be able to pull from C and D bottom teams
- NOVICE DRAFT LEAGUE: Players are evaluated and ranked and drafted based on those evaluations. Geared toward new players from Get in the Game
Do teams need to get their own jerseys or does the league supply them.
Teams are responsible for their own jerseys. But Foundry does have an official jersey partner in Men's League Sweaters, you can order from them here
